Department:                    Document Control
FLSA Status:                    Non-Exempt
Summary:                        Scans documents, processes lockbox, assists with
                                           inventory and ordering of supplies, assists with check
                                           and document retention/destruction.
Location:                         20 N. 9th Street, Richmond, IN  47374
Average hours/week:    40 hours, Monday-Thursday 9:30 am-6:30 pm,
                                          Friday 9:45 am- 6:45 pm


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good technical knowledge and computer operations experience.
  • Good data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • General understanding of record retention.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Scan documents into Vision Content.
  • Process Lockbox.
  • Act as backup for supply ordering.
  • Research items as requested by other departments.
  • Assist with inventory and disbursement of official checks.
  • Balance checks and teller documents.
  • Upload Return Items and Mixed ICL cash letters to the Federal Reserve.
  • Download In-Clearing files from the Federal Reserve to our item processing application.
  • Process and balance Remote Deposit Capture items.
  • Sort and store checks and teller documents from the branches.
  • Assist with check and document retention/destruction.
  • Process Canadian checks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

FLSA Status:                    Non-Exempt
Summary:                        Provide a variety of customer transactions, as well as
                                           process customer requests.
Branch location:             Float staff/Wayne County branches
Average hours/week:    Approx. 40 hours


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal communications skills.
  • Basic clerical skills including working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to proactively solicit new business.
  • Physical requirement: May be required to stand for periods of time and may be required to lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 pounds.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our customers.
  • Process customer financial transactions.
  • Address customer concerns.
  • Maintain and balance cash drawer.
  • Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
